<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Getting the correct graphics designed for your site by a graphics designer involves being knowledgeable about the person that you giving your projects to and how this is handled. There are a lot of things that you can do when you are attempting to choose a graphics designer and handling the little things that lead up to that point. In this article we will go over three main points that are helpful for making the most from your graphic outsourcing endeavors.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Give the Right Description: Broad and specific are the two ways that you can supply information to your graphic designer. Let us analyze the broad description during the first go round. Simply put, you do not provide a lot of details to your graphics designer if you want her to handle things. Also, you can use this strategy whenever you have not quite figured out the details for your project. This generally happens whenever you outsource your company logo. So, a broad description is used for things like wanting a company website logo handled, or even an eCover for a book.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>When dealing with specific description, you know what you want and can give this information to your graphics designer. But since you&#8217;re outsourcing the design, you&#8217;ll have to make sure your specific description is clear enough. For example, you may have a particular way that you want the mascot designed for your company. The details that you give here have to be elaborate in nature. This is so that your graphic designer doesn&#8217;t have a hard time doing it. Inspect the Price: One of the most important factors that you need to take into consideration is the cost of the project that you&#8217;re going to outsource. Is the price of the graphic designer&#8217;s service within your budget? If not, then attempt to drive down the cost with the designer. There is nothing wrong with negotiating. A majority of graphic designers will not find anything wrong with doing things in this manner. Your main goal is to obtain the best cost. This is because if you pay too much, it will increase your pay out costs. Do not forget that the cost does not always indicate whether or not the service or product provides quality. Since many designers are from countries like India and Philippines, the price may reflect their domestic earning potential. So keep this in mind when you research your graphic designer&#8217;s cost. Getting something for a cheaper price is not always a good thing. Many times you will have to dish out more money to get a quality product. So everything has two ways of seeing the big picture. Realize that you have to deal with a place between a good price and good quality. Understand that you will obtain what you pay for. So do the right thing.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Ask for Revisions: It may take a little while before you get the final draft of your design completed. But understand that if you do not like the results, you can demand a change. Do not accept designs that are not up to your quality standards. A majority of designers will not put a limit on the number of changes so that you will be totally satisfied. This is how graphic designers are able to build strong relationships with their clients that last many years. Since you are a paying client, you should get your money&#8217;s worth. So don&#8217;t hesitate to communicate with your designer in this regards.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Do not forget that when you outsource your graphic designs to another professional, this is a very important decision making element of your business. So when you outsource projects, be certain that you obtain the best professional available.</p>

<p>&#8220;Hinc lucem et pocula sacra&#8221;</p>
<p>(&#8220;From here, light and sacred draughts&#8221;)</p>
<p>The second oldest university after Oxford in the English-speaking world, founded in 1209 by a group of students and teachers, who had fled from Oxford after a conflict with the local population. At Oxford and Cambridge form the so-called Oxbridge &#8211; the union of two of the most prestigious and oldest universities in England. The first college in Cambridge opened in 1284. The most famous building in Cambridge &#8211; the Cathedral of the Royal College. It was built almost a hundred years &#8211; since 1446, and became the greatest architectural structures. The choir boys of the cathedral of the Royal College every year, traditionally broadcast on television on Christmas Day. Pope John (John) XXII officially recognized University in 1318, but by the time it was already well established educational institution. Education in Cambridge, took many years, and after graduation was required for at least another 2 years to spend it as a teacher. Victorian reforms have contributed to that in 1869 opened Girton &#8211; the first women&#8217;s college. University of Cambridge consists of a central department of the college, and 31 &#8211; 28 joint training and 3 women, in Cambridge, more than 100 departments, faculties and schools, which coordinates the General Board. Administrative body is the Board of Cambridge. Today, there are trained 18,000 students, 17% of them &#8211; foreigners. In order to be able to study at Cambridge, to be interviewed by the selection committee and provide a certificate of proficiency in English (GCSE-C; IELTS 6-7; TOEFL 600/250). Cost of training varies from 9 thousand. Pounds for theoretical courses and 22 thousand &#8211; for a course in clinical practice. Additionally, students pay a fee for financial support to college &#8211; from 3 to 4 thousand pounds, the exact amount depends on the particular college. Living expenses will not exceed 7,000. There is an opportunity to receive a grant from the university, but their quantity is limited. Rector of Cambridge &#8211; Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, Vice-Rector &#8211; Professor Alison Richard. Research specialties: chemical engineering, computer science; engineering; industrial engineering; mathematics medicine science, veterinary medicine. Humanities specialty: the Anglo-Saxon, Norse and Celtic culture of Archaeology and Anthropology, Architecture, antique classics, economics, education, English, geography, history, art history, land management, law, linguistics, management, modern and medieval languages, music; Eastern culture, philosophy, social and political sciences, religion and theology. More than half of the students prefer to study in humanities. Cambridge scientists have received 82 Nobel prizes since 1904 &#8211; 29 in physics, 23 in Medicine, 19 &#8211; in chemistry, 7 &#8211; the economy, and 2 &#8211; in the category of literature and for peace.</p>
<p>1. </p>
<p>According to historians, the earliest written mention of this city belongs to the 730. But it is possible that it existed before. Initially, in the so-called Castle Hill, is now located near the city center, there was a small Roman settlement. In all likelihood, it was called Durolipons. The settlement that was pretty important trading port, being the main point of navigation on the river Grant (Granta), as well as the most convenient place for her crossing. Celtic name of the river Rea (water) still remained on some maps as &#8220;Who or river Rea. Since over time the name of the river has changed, changed and city names. Thus Grantebryge became Chambridge.V VII century on the site of a Roman settlement, a new, named Grantaceastr. The first bridge across the river Grant, by the researchers, was built by the Anglo-Saxon King Offa in the second half of the VIII century. Name another settlement, which was located nearby, just down the river, the story to us is not denounced. It is only known that they were both in the IX century, during the reign of Mercia, were united in a city called Grantebryge (Grantebryge). By this time the city had already been turned into a defensive point. Network of similar fortifications was established to protect against the Vikings. In 874 to Grantebrydge approached an army led by the Danish king Godrumom, Ostsiteloy and Envindom which, together with a small number of troops remained in the city for almost a year. A few years later the town de jure came under the control of the Danish kingdom, which lasted 40 years. And after 7 years, he took the oath of allegiance to the English king Edward the Elder. But already in 1010 by the Danes, and never got over the loss of the city, made a second attempt to gain Grantebryge. It was sad for the residents of the city as the invaders burned it almost completely.</p>
<p>New page in the history of the city was opened during the Norman invasion. In 1066, the Battle of Hastings, after the defeat of British troops killed in battle and King Harold II, the Norman Duke William became king of England William I the Conqueror. The Normans, introducing a new , was appointed first sheriff of the city Pico (sheriff &#8211; appointed by the supreme authority of the officer who performs in his custody areas of administrative and police functions). He began by saying that blew about 30 town houses, and built this place your own lock. Up until 1101, when King Henry I granted the town the right to collect the most taxes to the royal treasury, the people constantly fought to get rid of power sheriffs. The fact that they used to, charging the name of the king taxes, increase the fixed amount, taking into account their own needs, but about the law and order were concerned less. Finally of administrative control city sheriff was only released in the XIII century. Presumably at the beginning of the same century, some schools that existed in the city, together, founded a local university. However, similarly shaped and the other &#8220;early&#8221; universities such as Bologna (1088), Paris (1119) and Oxford (presumably 1190). The fact that schools were generally under the patronage of the church, and teachers, following the lead of other professional associations, should have formed a guild to protect their rights and support each other. So in those days the word &#8220;university&#8221; means &#8220;community&#8221;. Documents showing the exact date of Education, University of Cambridge, does not exist. But there is evidence that in 1209 he had already acted. Over the years, townspeople and students of the University were engaged in an undeclared war that has emerged on the one hand, because it is too arbitrary conduct of students, on the other &#8211; because of the arbitrariness of people, disproportionately inflated prices for food and housing, rented for the University. In 1231 in the confrontation was forced to intervene and King Henry III. King&#8217;s verdict was that now the prices of housing and food have to watch the two representatives of the University, and two honest citizen. Legally, his decision to remain in force until 1856, although it is not hostile to reconcile. Townspeople still continued to take students outsiders, and they, in turn, divided into &#8220;northerners&#8221;, &#8220;southerners&#8221;, &#8220;Scottish&#8221;, etc., have time to quarrel with both local residents and among themselves. Often these clashes ended in the killing and destruction, causing significant damage to the city, and their protagonists were forced to flee to avoid fair competition Punishment. By the way University with the city occurred at an official level. Power and order, and another spent huge sums of money to compete for their rights and privileges. This standoff lasted for several centuries.</p>
<p>In 1561, during a scheduled match in the game, which later became known as football, between students and townspeople happened next. Judge of the match was appointed chief constable of the city, Thomas Parish. At some point in his signal locals suddenly stopped playing and, armed with a specially hoarded for this truncheons to beat unsuspecting students. After this incident, the relationship rivals for a long time came a lull. In accordance with the act, published in 1825 by the British Vice-Chancellor, University undertook to have its own constables who are responsible for maintaining order. And in 1836 in Cambridge, was created by the police department, whose officers, who had a very noticeable uniforms, became a favorite target restless pupils. Say Cambridge, can not be said of the now traditional rivalry between the local and Oxford universities. It began at the dawn of the XIII century and continues to this day. However, between these two universities to have quite a unique &#8220;mutual aid&#8221;. Confirmation of this may be recorded in the chronicles episode. In 1209 the Oxford student killed a resident of the city. In retaliation for this crime townspeople organized a lynch mob, hanging a few students. For this outrage the Bishop of Canterbury, condemned the city of severe punishment, part of which was a very respectable annual monetary penalty that Oxford ceased to be paid only in 1984. As a result of these developments, some students at Oxford University decided to move away from sin in Cambridge. When such incidents took place in Cambridge, members of urban disturbances often found refuge in Oxford. But official relations between the two universities have always kept the spirit of competition. So, the papal decree, which recognized for the Cambridge University status so-called Studium Generale, means an international recognition and allows him to escape from the spiritual authority of bishops and archbishops, and gave him an opportunity for teachers to perform their duties not only within the University, but wherever they wish, and allow studies at the University of students from other countries. A University of Oxford, founded a little earlier and considered no less an influential institution, such recognition from the Pope is not awarded. Although both he and the other &#8211; the only university in the world, and still adhering to a medieval European system, whereby students are trained not on the faculties, as is commonly accepted, and in colleges. And now they compete only in the level of taught courses, learning outcomes and, of course, in the sport. And this rivalry is good for everyone.</p>
<p>2. City</p>
<p>Of course, Cambridge &#8211; is primarily a university, but do not forget that he is also a city. Its population is 110,400 people. And although most of its attractions are concentrated still in college at the University, the city itself is not deprived of any churches or museums, or notable facilities. Cambridge Museum of Classical Archaeology is famous for one of the world&#8217;s largest collections of Greek and Roman statues. In an era of Victorian townspeople called it his &#8220;archeological laboratory. Collection of the Zoological Museum began to take shape as early as 1814, many of its artifacts were collected and donated to the museum by Charles Darwin. Museum of the History of Science, located in a building built in the early XVII century, contains a unique collection of scientific instruments and models from the Middle Ages to the present day. Fittsvilyam museum is rich in artistic masterpieces of Western European paintings (XII &#8211; XX centuries.), Its antique collection, as well as collections of ancient samples of ceramics, glass, coins and medals. Cambridge Churches have long and rich history, since some of them were built here long before both on campus began to appear first chapel. This city is famous so large that at present title of Cambridge are about 30 localities throughout the world.</p>
<p>3. Colleges</p>
<p>Thirty-three in one (College, University of Cambridge). Not so easy to understand at a glance that Cambridge &#8211; is not only a university but a great city. Even harder to realize that thirty-one college, located in Cambridge and its surroundings &#8211; it is the university itself. History of the creation of colleges rather bizarre &#8211; sometimes the reason to base the new college was just a whim of those in power, sometimes &#8211; a vow or other honor their commitments, sometimes &#8211; the imperative of our time, or even &#8220;social order&#8221; &#8230; The first College Cambridge &#8211; Peterhouse &#8211; was founded in 1284 by Hugh de Balshamom, Bishop Or. The oldest of the university&#8217;s buildings badly rebuilt in the XIX century, but still bears the traits of those distant days. He has a fun feature &#8211; from the window of one of the student bedrooms are constantly hanging rope. This tradition stems from the fact that the poet Thomas Gray, a former student of this college, so afraid of fire, which is always kept at the ready, this escape route. Current students belong to a quirk with sympathetic humor and contemporaries so mercilessly teased poor guy that he had to flee &#8211; to transfer to Pembroke College. Trinity Hall College was founded in 1350 by the Bishop of Norwich Beytmanom specifically to grow within the walls of canon law experts &#8211; to replace the seven hundred priests who had died during the Great Plague. College continued to specialize in the jurisdiction, and is still known as &#8220;lawyer&#8221;. College of St.. Catherine opened a couple of him in 1473, when Trinity Hall no longer cope with growing up the flow of students &#8211; especially for already ordained priests, who could study there theology, philosophy and ancient languages. In 1441 at age 19, King Henry VI laid the foundation stone of King&#8217;s College. For its construction was destroyed by a big chunk of the medieval city. College and &#8220;town&#8221; with its built nearly three hundred years, the game is worth it &#8211; here was created by one of the architectural masterpieces of world fame &#8211; the Chapel of the Holy Virgin. Sir Christopher Wren, famous architect, saw the vaulted ceiling of the chapel, said that he could create the same &#8211; but only if someone told him where to lay the first stone &#8230; Trinity College merged from Miklehouse and Kingsholla at the behest of Henry VIII just six weeks before his death. The royal family of Great Britain is the official patron of the college. At the main gate of his coat of arms placed by Edward III, in a niche above it stands a statue of Henry VIII. With all due deference to the royal family, as a result of student pranks the statue disappeared one day and a scepter in his stead was inserted into a chair leg &#8230; The great Trinity House, built in 1604, are portraits of the most famous teachers and college students &#8211; and of its walls came a lot of intellectuals scientists, politicians, writers and poets &#8230; It is in the walls of this institution, Lord Byron &#8220;chip&#8221; their eccentric jokes with manual bear and a dip in the fountain, Milne wrote, &#8220;Children&#8217;s folly&#8221; in the form of fairy tales about beast (later the protagonist of his books have become a teddy bear his son). And the apple tree near the main gate, the college, as is known, is a descendant of that very tree that dropped the apple that inspired Isaac Newton to formulate the law of attraction &#8230; Two of the youngest college spirit born of the changing times. First Women&#8217;s College was founded in 1873 in the nearby village of Cambridge, Girton. Students were taught there only in the presence of companions older age (usually relatives). Lecturers have been specially come to Girton in Cambridge. In 1875 was opened Nyunam Women&#8217;s College, students who (also accompanied by a mentor) have visited a total of male students lecture. In 1881, women were allowed to pass the final examinations, but only in 1948 have made the assignment of degrees. Between 1972 and 1988, one after the other colleges became mixed, and women now occupy about a third of student places at Cambridge. The last men-only college at Cambridge was a College of St.. Magdalena. In connection with this event, students and professors, so long persist in our liberated age, the month wore on their sleeves black crape, and the flag of the college was half-mast in half. We have to think, however, that they move not misogyny, but the desire of originality &#8230; Colleges difficult to &#8220;rank&#8221; &#8211; and how they compare on what grounds? According to the glory of graduates? According to legend? According to the treasures of libraries? The architectural monuments? Pembroke has a chapel &#8211; the first work of Christopher Wren, later shook the world with their cathedrals. Queens College stores the solar-lunar clock XVII century wooden bridge &#8211; a copy of &#8220;Mathematical Bridge, built in 1749 without any kind of Railways parts. One of the balls lovely Clare College bridge missing segment &#8211; think it&#8217;s personal signature enraged architect Thomas Grambolda, which paid for the work &#8230; all three shillings! Plaque in the chapel of Sidney Sussex College notes the burial place of the head of his most famous student &#8211; Oliver Cromwell. Gonville And Keyes College he is known for three gates symbolizing the academic stage in the life of a student: he enters the Gates of Humility, passes through the Gate of Virtue and goes through the Gate of Honor &#8230; There is no reason to believe one college over another. And it is not so easy to believe that the university itself is not &#8220;above&#8221; all of them. Indeed, in some sense, a separate University of Cambridge does not exist. University &#8211; is thirty-one his college &#8230;</p>
<p>4. Opposition</p>
<p>In March this year resulted in 147-e traditional boat races on the rowing eights between teams of universities of Cambridge and Oxford. Won the team Cambridge. First similar race was held in 1829 at the initiative of two friends &#8211; Charles Merivela (Cambridge) and Charles Wordsworth (Oxford) and ended with victory for the team at Oxford. In the second match, held in 1836, won the Cambridge. With the 1845 race were held now already on the existing route, and from 1856 became an annual event. The exception were the only years of the First and Second World wars. Boat competitions are held on the River Thames, near London. Distance in 6.778 km team overcome in less than 20 minutes, making thus about 600 strokes with oars. The boats have a length of 19.9 m and a weight of 96 kg. Record time (16 min. 19 sec.) Established a team of Cambridge in 1998. Three times the boat overturned one of the teams (in Cambridge &#8211; in the 1859 m and 1978&#8242;s, Oxford &#8211; in 1925), bringing victory to the enemy, and in 1912 it happened with the boats of both teams, resulting in a race has been decided to postpone the next day. Now counts 69 victories Oxford and Cambridge &#8211; 77. The only tie was recorded in 1877 year. Already first match was attended by, according to newspaper reports at that time, more than 20 thousand spectators. Now on the banks of the Thames each year has 250 thousand, and another 6 million as spectators watching the races because of the mandatory direct translation. Interesting that 90% of the graduates who participated in the earliest contests, became priests, and 90% of current participants &#8211; bankers.</p>
<p>5. Education system</p>
<p>Almost 700 years of teaching at Cambridge University was the privilege of men, and only in the XX century in university women appeared. Now at 28 colleges have a system of mixed education, and in the other three &#8211; the knowledge obtained exclusively women. Who enroll in the school must first select a specific college, and only then to declare the discipline which he intends to explore, even if at this college selected by discipline is not currently teach. Pass exams in Cambridge not, but that does not indicate that there is easy to do. This requires several conditions. First: the applicant must have a certificate of completion is an English school, the second &#8211; the highest possible number of high points earned in the process of schooling, and &#8211; the presence of a letter of recommendation from the class teacher and the third &#8211; the need to pass through a series of three 20-minute interviews. Usually, this test overcomes the only one in second. If all documents provided are adequate, and all three interviews designed to find out how the applicant erudite, and what is the level of his education, as well as what his understanding of his chosen profession, completed successfully, the applicant may consider himself a student Cambridge University Press. On the one hand, received &#8211; this is a great joy, and with another &#8211; a huge responsibility and hard work, because the main principle of Cambridge is a postulate, which asserts that &#8220;life can not teach, but you learn.&#8221; Its meaning is that in Cambridge the walls there is nothing binding, which means that the student must demonstrate the wonders of self-discipline in order to master the art of self-education. And for this the University has created all conditions: a modern laboratory, superbly-equipped library, the best teachers, and of course the system of individual training &#8211; more than two students, teacher training is not conducted, as well as lectures, mandatory only for students of engineering at the University of Specialty. Teach lasts 3 &#8211; 4 years (except that certain of future physicians and veterinarians who are on the full development of these specialties require at least 7 years). The academic year begins in October and ends in June. At the local student holidays three times a year &#8211; at Christmas, Easter and summer. Need to say that not all students maintain a rhythm of life and such loads. Screenings in the learning process (either voluntary or forced, the latter &#8211; a phenomenon quite rare), a small, but существует.Экзаменационные session students shall be in writing, without attribution. Such thing as a &#8220;ticket&#8221; is not here. Upon completion of a university course the student receives a bachelor&#8217;s degree and his PhD &#8211; a doctorate. Degrees from Cambridge University are assigned to 25 spetsialnostyam.Za 100 years of existence of the most prestigious award in the world &#8211; Nobel laureates began its 60 graduates of the University. The price level for training is dependent on the nationality of the student. For the citizens of the UK provides for a system of incentives, including grants and bank loans. The average cost of tuition is 13 000 pounds, but foreigners pay in 3 &#8211; 4 times. And these amounts very few people stopped by the global prestige of Cambridge is so high that the university authorities could afford such a price policy. At the moment in Cambridge enrolled 15,500 students, 15% of them &#8211; foreigners from more than 100 countries. Annual turnover of the University (excluding colleges and publishers University Cambridge Press) is 250 million dollars.</p>
<p>6. What to do in Cambridge</p>
<p>For the first time the most famous UK universities open up the introductory requirements for arriving at the bachelor&#8217;s program. Cambridge on its web site published a list of the least attractive things in terms of university admissions, thereby forcing both parents and school counselors, to think seriously on the topic of their choice for further study and exams for the course is full of high school.</p>
<p>Let us first consider the general conditions for admission to Cambridge. First of all, the university prefers applicants who have completed the program A-Level and passed the final examinations in four or five subjects studied in depth. The university must provide all the marks obtained in these disciplines, but pay attention mainly to those on which they intend to further study at Cambridge. It is desirable that candidates had very high marks &#8211; &#8220;A&#8221;.</p>
<p>For example, from coming to Cambridge entrants in 2005 70% had the highest score in A-Level &#8211; 360 points, 120 points for each of the three-handed in the school final examinations. 95% of them gained places at university.</p>
<p>Permitted the replacement of one of the exams document establishing that the candidate has received from some of the administrative confirmation of their excellent knowledge of a subject (Advanced Extention Award &#8211; AEA). This would mean that the applicant is not simply handed the subject of increased level of complexity, but also that he spent extra effort to study it and to test their knowledge through an independent organization.</p>
<p>Therefore, the selection committee, with equal attention to treat the applicant, granted, instead of three &#8220;A&#8221; for A-Level Two &#8220;A&#8221;, one &#8220;B&#8221; and evidence of AEA. Some colleges that are part of Cambridge even give preference to candidates with the AEA.</p>
<p>Those who decided to come to Cambridge for mathematics, it is necessary in addition to examinations in A-Level pass an additional test called &#8220;Test papers in mathematics for sixth form&#8221; (Sixth Term Examination Papers in Mathematics &#8211; STEP). The University believes that the estimates obtained for STEP, a candidate can describe better than exams A-Level. STEP rent only to those who focused on the study of mathematics in the leading universities in the country. In 2005, for example, STEP were 1.350 candidates.</p>
<p>However, each specialty, taught at the university has specific requirements. They can be found on the website of the university.</p>
<p>Applicants who have received secondary education in Scotland, Wales, Ireland and the successful candidates (Scottish Advanced Highers, Welsh Advanced Diploma in the Welsh Baccalaureate or the Irish Leaving Certificate), can compete for a place at the university in general practice.</p>
<p>Good chances to become a freshman at Cambridge University, are graduates of schools that teach the International Baccalaureate Program (International Baccalaureate &#8211; IB). On average, they need to score from 38 to 42 points out of 45 possible. Task is made easier by the fact that in the course of IB include a compulsory section called &#8220;creativity, action, service&#8221; (Creativity, Action, Service &#8211; CAS). Consider in detail the components of this extremely important part of the educational activities of schools IB.</p>
<p>&#8220;Creativity&#8221; &#8211; development of creative skills, such as participation in school musical productions, theatrical performances, production of the school newspaper or the school site, etc.</p>
<p>&#8220;Action&#8221; &#8211; participation in school and regional sporting events, classes group or individual sports.</p>
<p>&#8220;Serving&#8221; &#8211; work for the benefit of society, such as volunteer fire brigade, Red Cross chapter, social services, active participation in school government, in training guide dogs, etc. (the list of activities offered each school ).</p>
<p>Why is this part of the IB program is so important when you receive not only Cambridge but also in other famous universities in the world? The fact that Western society wants its citizens not only highly educated, but also able to assist its development, it is not possible without the active participation in public life. Therefore, graduates of foreign schools who intend to storm the tops of higher education may, at its end take a year to work as a volunteer in various charitable organizations. This will add the scores for admission to elite universities in the world.</p>
<p>Go to Cambridge are the chances of graduates of foreign schools that received a national diploma with good grades, for example, the French Baccalaureate (Baccalaureate), German entrants (Abitur), Italian maturita (Maturita). To applicants from the former Soviet Union, which still preserve the Soviet system of eleven secondary education, this does not apply. They lack the years of study, which can make up to one-year preparatory program Foundation. However, by its end chances for admission to Cambridge is extremely small.</p>
<p>In addition to excellent ratings in the certificate of foreigners must provide proof of English proficiency at a very high level (IELTS not less than 7,0, preferably 7,5). All those applicants need to submit recommendations from their schools and so-called &#8220;letter of intent, which must be motivated to explain what made them do it in Cambridge. May be asked to write another one or two additional essays on a particular topic.</p>
<p>But that&#8217;s not all. Once the applicant passes all the stages of initial screening, he was invited for an interview. Questions asked during the interview can be provocative. For example, future physicians ask: &#8220;If before you had a choice &#8211; to kill a healthy person to transplant his organs to the other two, the terminally ill, or leave these two to die, what would you choose?&#8221;</p>
<p>Although the university because of financial circumstances is extremely interested in the Aliens coffers of its budget (for example, the number of foreign students accepted the university in 2005 for the first year amounted to 16,7%, and in 2004 &#8211; 13,4%), it does not mitigate the entry requirements. The competition is tough. Each year about 14 thousand candidates are fighting for one of 3.400 places at Cambridge. Therefore, those who graduated from vocational colleges and received certificates and diplomas (VCE, Applied A-Level, GNVQ, BTEC), go to the University of Cambridge will be difficult. It runs the installation, which adjust to study at leading universities (ie, to forge a career) should be started as soon as possible.</p>
<p>Returning to the unwanted items, quoting information from the site of Cambridge: &#8220;Applicants must submit results from the two traditional academic subjects (including two items not included in this list). For example, a variant of &#8220;mathematics, history and business&#8221; may be suitable for a certain number of our subjects. At the same time a combination of &#8220;history, business and media&#8221; usually cannot be regarded as acceptable, since it contains only one item not mentioned in the reducible list. Similarly, for applicants who have completed the program of the International Baccalaureate (IB), the diploma must be submitted no more than one of the above listed disciplines. &#8220;</p>
<p>Also, if the student how to not to choose their future profession, the selection committee recommends that, as subjects for the exams for the course is to choose A-level set of disciplines, wherever included: chemistry, English literature, history, mathematics, one of the modern languages as well as physics.</p>
<p>It should also be noted that while not entirely satisfied with the quality of final examinations in A-Level, in 2008, the International Examinations Board, University of Cambridge (CIE) is going to introduce a new exam, called Pre-U. The purpose of Pre-U &#8211; identify the most talented children are able to study in prestigious universities in the UK. The new test system was developed in conjunction with renowned British boarding schools and universities that make up the &#8220;Russell Group&#8221;. To pass the Pre-U, students may require in-depth study three subjects over the past two years in school, pass exams on them and write an extended essay on a given topic. New tests do not replace the old system of A-Levels, and students can take a Pre-U, and A-Levels, however, for admission to universities the First Division will give preference to those who pass the new test. In parallel with the Cambridge London School of Economics posted a set of objects, more or less preferred for the selection committee of the University. &#8220;Mathematics, French and economics look better than&#8221; mathematics, French and business. &#8221; But a combination of &#8220;mathematics, accounting and Media examiners would react negatively. The best views will have the results of final examinations for the course A-Level in two academic subjects and only one subject from the list, which includes: accounting, art and design, business, communication, dance, design and technology, drama / theater studies, home economics, information technology communications, law, media and sport.</p>
<p>Conclusion</p>
<p>2006 The Cambridge Museum there was a curious case. Hapless visitor had not noticed that he had untied shoelaces and fell on the ancient Chinese vases era of the Qin Dynasty. They are more than forty years stood on a windowsill Fitzwilliam Museum, and were among the most popular exhibits. Museum director Duncan Robinson, commenting on the incident, said it was his nightmare became a reality.</p>
<p>Since 2006, Cambridge introduces changes in its course of Slavic languages. Previously, the department taught only Russian and Polish languages and literatures, and now this list will also include the Ukrainian language.</p>
<p>2007 Applicants with a low score on the high school graduation (aka known as A-level), will be able to demonstrate their abilities and go to Cambridge. This prestigious university until 2006, took no results, but different, but from next year on admission, students will take a new logical examination. He is a 90-minute test, developed by scientists at Cambridge, called Thinking Skills Assessment.</p>
<p>2007 Cambridge forced to seek alternative sources of funding due to the fact that the UK government is reducing its maintenance costs of students. Over the past 15 years funding has declined by 40%. The budget deficit of the whole university is 15.1 million. Pounds sterling &#8211; is on average 1,290 pounds per student.</p>
<p>Vice Cancer University Alison Richard said that they plan to attract financing in the amount of 1 billion. Pounds 2012. Investors may make graduates of Cambridge, and other individuals and companies.</p>
<p>2006 Members of the selection committees of the two most famous English universities &#8211; Oxford and Cambridge &#8211; characterized by good sense of humor. When accepting the university, they take into account not only the level of student knowledge, but his quickness, reaction to unusual questions. For example, one future student of the Faculty of Medicine suggested that logically prove that at the moment members of the selection committee watching how he dances. These questions are aimed at revealing the applicant&#8217;s ability to think imaginatively and logically argue your answers.</p>
<p>2007 British scientists have laid down their arms at Cambridge from a variety of phosphorescent molecules of DNA, no thicker than a human hair. They managed to do it using a special technique that allows to work with tiny particles of living matter without harming it. Unique in size tool &#8211; micropipette, according to David Klenerman of Cambridge, permitting rapid, &#8220;the documentary filming of&#8221; work cells in the human body. Previously, there were ways to create high-precision images, but they all require the destruction of cells, and the researchers have not been able to see it at work. The accuracy of the image &#8211; the order of 10 nanometers.</p>
<p>In addition, the use of micropipettes to the study of small objects, such as ion channels in membranes, when transferring to other surface molecules, which is often used in microbiological research.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p> &lt;!&#8211; @page { margin: 0.79in } P { margin-bottom: 0.08in } A.western:link { so-language: zxx } A.ctl:link { so-language: zxx } &#8211;&gt;</p>
<p>Personal injury attorneys are professionally skilled to deal with personal injuries caused by someone&#8217;s negligence and careless behavior. These attorneys/lawyers should work towards the welfare of the injured worker to recover the loss and damage. If they failed to be responsible for such accidents the injured worker should approach the construction accident attorney/ lawyer to get compensation for the pain and loss incurred.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Most of the injuries happen based on  Medical Malpractice, Construction Accidents, Brain Injury, Spinal cord injury, Birth Injury, Burn Injury, Car Accident, Truck Accident, Motorcycle Accident, Slip and Fall, Machinery Accidents, Defective Products, Dangerous Premises, Defective Vehicle Design, Paralysis, Wrongful Death, Fractures, Disabling Injuries.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Contractors and builders take semi skilled labors and technicians to finish the construction projects and save a lot of money on them. They even use less quality raw materials which in return cause a great loss. They are not aware of the laws and regulations stated by the government and take no liabilities over such incidents when they occur. In this case the personal injury attorneys/ lawyers should act wisely to educate the victims and recover the loss and damage.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Construction accident refers to any accident occur on the construction site. When such construction accidents occur at the owner of the site, construction engineers and labor in charge are held responsible.</p>
<p>The construction accidents occur because of failure of taking standard and safety measures and regulations. The company or the person in-charge of the construction site should be liable for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering and other expenses arising from the construction accidents. Most of the time construction accidents occur because of someone&#8217;s negligence and carelessness. Construction accidents are increasing higher than the overall other accidents occur.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>New York City and its surrounding areas see a lot of construction activity taking place every day. Skilled laborers are running shortage. Some times the builders may hire less skilled laborers and save huge amount of expenses. They fail to take safety measures and provisions due to which the rate of construction accidents increases higher everyday.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Industrial accidents are common and are often caused by lack of training, failure to follow OSHA training, and defective equipment. When they do happen, the consequences can be difficult. These accidents can cause brain injuries, paralysis, and, in the case of electrocution, serious burns. These injuries can cause lost of income and hazardous health effects. Hazards include falling from heights, electrocution, explosions, inhalation of toxic gases, chemical hazards, noise deafness, injuries from vibrating tools, and asbestosis.</p>
<p> </p>
<p> : The injured worker should hire accident attorney if the builder or the owner of the site and the insurance companies failed to be liable for loss incurred. The construction accident attorney should make tireless effort to dig out the case and pain inflicted on the injured worker. Bronx construction accident lawyers identify the potential sources of negligence and carelessness and work towards injured workers&#8217; compensation benefits, insurance claims against contractors, subcontractors, and other employees, defective and dangerous product lawsuits against equipment manufacturers, designers, and distributors, other negligence claims. The construction attorneys/ lawyers should enforce specific laws surrounding construction site accidents and workplace accidents. Government should implement the safety regulations and labor laws should be executed properly.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The requirements for social work CEU credits vary from state to state and it is important to know what they are as well as the specific courses that may be required. Some of the different classes a social worker can take in the state of Michigan include ethics and violence risk assessment, dealing with grief, how to manage pain and childhood depression. Continuing education in any field, including social work, is a way to reinforce your learning and increase your knowledge base. This helps you work with your clients more effectively and can also expand your fields of specialization.</p>
<p>Some of the topics may be ones that you haven&#8217;t studied much in past or need to learn the latest theories and rules for including children&#8217;s sexual behavior and how to work effectively with senior citizens. In Florida every two years thirty continuing education credits are required to renew one&#8217;s license. It is also important to be sure your liability insurance is renewed and if you have an occupational license to take care of that as well.</p>
<p>Many continuing education credits address more advanced topics, going in-depth and testing your knowledge on all different kinds of subjects. Often when you attend a CEU class in town, you aren&#8217;t required to take a quiz, but the online CEU course work will follow up with a short quiz to see if you mastered the material. Even though you may be taking them to maintain your license, they also have great educational value and will broaden your understanding and compassion.</p>
<p>A majority of these social work CEU classes can be taken online for your convenience. Be sure to keep the certificate from the class you take in case you are asked to prove that you&#8217;ve fulfilled your continuing ed hours. Print it out from the computer and keep it in a safe place. It is crucial to collect all of the information you can regarding what your state requires when it comes to keeping a license to do social work. No matter what type counseling work or administrative responsibilities you have, you will deepen your understanding and get current on the newest trends when you take the classes. They can immediately identify the exact problem with the system and replace the part with certified spare parts.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Getting an existing opener repaired is often less expensive than getting an entirely new garage door opener. Besides, after a thorough , the opener is as good as new. One way of checking whether these need repair or maintenance is to manually open the door halfway and then let go of it. If the door stays in the same position, then it is in good condition.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>openers&#8217; springs have to be replaced once in every 5-7 years. There should also be frequent servicing of garage door openers which prevents problems and also increases the life span of the opener.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Choosing A Remodeling Business You may Trust</p>
<p>You have decided that you need to make some modifications for your house. It is been fun searching through the home improvement shops, the redecorating magazines, plus the design web sites. You&#8217;re sure you know what you wish to do and you know how much you have to invest. Now, it is time to choose a house improvement company and get going.</p>
<p>If you have not worked with somebody within the past that you found reliable, it may be a hard choice. Can you be sure which company to choose? Will they be reliable? Will they finish the project promptly or will it stretch out into double or triple the expected time? Will they finish it at all? Will they even start? Will they supply the high quality of workmanship which you expect and that you are investing in?</p>
<p>One of the very best ways to determine if a remodeling company is a reputable company which will do the things they promise is to analyze their previous perform. Word of mouth is really a strong tool. Question your pals, family, and neighbors who they have employed within the past and how pleased they were. Once you select a business, ask for references and call people. Of course, a contractor will probably only provide you with references for projects that went well, but no references whatsoever should be a very large warning sign. </p>
<p>When you&#8217;ve narrowed down your list to a few companies that you are comfy with, request contractor&#8217;s licenses and certifications of insurance. You may contact your states board of contractors to make sure that the contractor is licensed, that all relevant certifications are up-to-date, and that there are no grievances. It is also a great idea to make certain that they are licensed within the area of house improvement that you are interested in. You wouldn&#8217;t want someone who&#8217;s only recognized for footings to replace your roof. The insurance certificates should cover both liability insurance and workman&#8217;s compensation.</p>
<p>Thoroughly examine what the agreement actually says. Make sure it states clearly what labor is to be performed. The contract should also clearly express when the job should begin and when it should be accomplished. Payment terms should also be addressed by stating a percentage to be paid at each stage of completion with the rest to be paid at full completion of the work. No contract ought to need total payment for that work to begin. If the contract gives you a bad feeling about the contractor, it might be ideal to keep searching.</p>
<p>Trustworthy contractors will have answered these questions many times and will be expecting them. If anyone acts surprised or insulted about anyone asking for this information, that ought to be your red flag to move on to the next contractor on the list.</p>
<p>Let AHS Construction, Inc be your dependable home improvement and remodeling contractor. They&#8217;ll be pleased to answer all of your queries and make sure you are one hundred percent comfy with your project well before they start. If you&#8217;re not sure what you want, their creative designers will be happy to work along with you to come up with your perfect style. They never ask for money up front and take pride in their reputation for excellent client satisfaction.

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There has been much written about monatomic particles, monatomic particles are hard to obtain and hard to detect, which is why most Traditional Chemical Colloidal Sellers and their supporters say that &#8220;Monatomic&#8221; gold or silver are a &#8220;Myth&#8221;.</p>
<p>It is true, atoms DO exist, monatomic Particles DO exist, and so do Sub Atomic Particles.</p>
<p>To better understand why they exist, lets examine what experts say:</p>
<p>How Particles Acquire Mass </p>
<p>By Mary and Ian Butterworth, Imperial College London, and Doris and Vigdor Teplitz, Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas, USA.</p>
<p>The Higgs boson is a hypothesised particle which, if it exists, would give the mechanism by which particles acquire mass.</p>
<p>Matter is made of molecules; molecules of atoms; atoms of a cloud of electrons about one-hundred-millionth of a centimetre and a nucleus about one-hundred-thousandth the size of the electron cloud. The nucleus is made of protons and neutrons. Each proton (or neutron) has about two thousand times the mass of an electron. We know a good deal about why the nucleus is so small. We do not know, however, how the particles get their masses. Why are the masses what they are? Why are the ratios of masses what they are? We can&#8217;t be said to understand the constituents of matter if we don&#8217;t have a satisfactory answer to this question.</p>
<p>Peter Higgs has a model in which particle masses arise in a beautiful, but complex, progression. He starts with a particle that has only mass, and no other characteristics, such as charge, that distinguish particles from empty space. We can call his particle H. H interacts with other particles; for example if H is near an electron, there is a force between the two. H is of a class of particles called &#8220;bosons&#8221;. We first attempt a more precise, but non-mathematical statement of the point of the model; then we give explanatory pictures.</p>
<p>In the mathematics of quantum mechanics describing creation and annihilation of elementary particles, as observed at accelerators, particles at particular points arise from &#8220;fields&#8221; spread over space and time. Higgs found that parameters in the equations for the field associated with the particle H can be chosen in such a way that the lowest energy state of that field (empty space) is one with the field not zero. It is surprising that the field is not zero in empty space, but the result, not an obvious one, is: all particles that can interact with H gain mass from the interaction.</p>
<p>Thus mathematics links the existence of H to a contribution to the mass of all particles with which H interacts. A picture that corresponds to the mathematics is of the lowest energy state, &#8220;empty&#8221; space, having a crown of H particles with no energy of their own. Other particles get their masses by interacting with this collection of zero-energy H particles. The mass (or inertia or resistance to change in motion) of a particle comes from its being &#8220;grabbed at&#8221; by Higgs particles when we try and move it.</p>
<p>If particles no get their masses from interacting with the empty space Higgs field, then the Higgs particle must exist; but we can&#8217;t be certain without finding the Higgs. We have other hints about the Higgs; for example, if it exists, it plays a role in &#8220;unifying&#8221; different forces. However, we believe that nature could contrive to get the results that would flow from the Higgs in other ways. In fact, proving the Higgs particle does not exist would be scientifically every bit as valuable as proving it does.</p>
<p>These questions, the mechanisms by which particles get their masses, and the relationship amongs different forces of nature, are major ones and so basic to having an understanding of the constituents of matter and the forces among them, that it is hard to see how we can make significant progress in our understanding of the stuff of which the earth is made without answering them.</p>
<p>You can read more about monatomic particles here:</p>
<p> http://www.colloidal-silver-atoms.com/index.html</p>
<p> The atomic colloidal silver atom sized particle is by far more efficient, much more potent, and most lethal to unwanted that try to invade the body from the inside out. The Gold, iridium, rhodium and ruthenium atom sized particles, are extremely effective in dealing with free radicals that cause aging and  unwanted growths inside and outside the human body. </p>
<p>What is a Kaon:  <br />Source: wikipedia.</p>
<p>In particle physics, a kaon (pronounced /ˈkeɪ.ɒn/, also called a K-meson and denoted K[nb 1]) is any one of a group of four mesons distinguished by the fact that they carry a quantum number called strangeness. In the quark model they are understood to contain a strange quark (or antiquark), paired with an up or down antiquark (or quark).</p>
<p>Kaons have proved to be a copious source of information on the nature of fundamental interactions since their discovery in 1947. They were essential in establishing the foundations of the Standard Model of particle physics, such as the quark model of hadrons and the theory of quark mixing (the latter was acknowledged by a Nobel Prize in Physics in 2008). Kaons played a distinguished role in our understanding of fundamental conservation laws: the discovery of CP violation (a phenomenon generating the observed matter-antimatter asymmetry of the universe), which was acknowledged by a Nobel prize in 1980, was made in the kaon system.</p>
<p>Basic properties</p>
<p>The four kaons are :</p>
<p>1.The negatively charged K−(containing a strange quark and an up antiquark) has mass 493.667±0.013 MeV and mean lifetime 1.2384±0.0024×10−8<br /> s.<br />2.Its antiparticle, the positively charged K+ (containing an up quark and a strange antiquark) must (by CPT invariance) have mass and lifetime equal to that of K−. The mass difference is 0.032±0.090 MeV, consistent with zero. The difference in lifetime is 0.11±0.09×10−8<br /> s.<br />3.The K0(containing a down quark and a strange antiquark) has mass 497.648±0.022 MeV. It has mean squared charge radius of −0.076±0.01 fm2<br />.<br />4.Its antiparticle K0(containing a strange quark and a down antiquark) has the same mass.<br />It is clear from the quark model assignments that the kaons form two doublets of isospin; that is, they belong to the fundamental representation of SU(2) called the 2. One doublet of strangeness +1 contains the K+and the K0. The antiparticles form the other doublet (of strangeness -1).</p>
<p>The decay of a kaon (K+) into three pions (2 π+, 1 π−) is a process that involves both weak and strong interactions.</p>
<p>Weak interactions : The strange antiquark (s) of the kaon transmutes into an up antiquark (u) by the emission of a W+ boson; the W+ boson subsequently decays into a down antiquark (d) and an up quark (u).</p>
<p>Strong interactions : An up quark (u) emits a gluon (g) which decays into a down quark (d) and a down antiquark (d).</p>
</p>
<p>Strangeness<br />The discovery of hadrons with the internal quantum number &#8220;strangeness&#8221; marks the beginning of a most exciting epoch in particle physics that even now, fifty years later, has not yet found its conclusion &#8230; by and large experiments have driven the development, and that major discoveries came unexpectedly or even against expectations expressed by theorists.  — I.I. Bigi and A.I. Sanda, CP violation, (ISBN 0-521-44349-0)</p>
<p>In 1947, G. D. Rochester and Clifford Charles Butler of the University of Manchester published two cloud chamber photographs of cosmic ray-induced events, one showing what appeared to be a neutral particle decaying into two charged pions, and one which appeared to be a charged particle decaying into a charged pion and something neutral. The estimated mass of the new particles was very rough, about half a proton&#8217;s mass. More examples of these &#8220;V-particles&#8221; were slow in coming.</p>
<p>The first breakthrough was obtained at Caltech, where a cloud chamber was taken up Mount Wilson, for greater cosmic ray exposure. In 1950, 30 charged and 4 neutral V-particles were reported. Inspired by this, numerous mountaintop observations were made over the next several years, and by 1953, the following terminology was adopted: &#8220;L-meson&#8221; meant muon or pion. &#8220;K-meson&#8221; meant a particle intermediate in mass between the pion and nucleon. &#8220;Hyperon&#8221; meant any particle heavier than a nucleon.</p>
<p>The decays were extremely slow; typical lifetimes are of the order of 10−10  seconds. However, production in pion-proton reactions proceeds much faster, with a time scale of 10−23s. The problem of this mismatch was solved by Abraham Pais who postulated the new quantum number called &#8220;strangeness&#8221; which is conserved in strong interactions but violated by the weak interactions. Strange particles appear copiously due to &#8220;associated production&#8221; of a strange and an antistrange particle together. It was soon shown that this could not be a multiplicative quantum number, because that would allow reactions which were never seen in the new synchrotrons which were commissioned in Brookhaven National Laboratory in 1953 and in the Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory in 1955.</p>
<p>What is a Pion:<br />Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/</p>
<p>In particle physics, a pion (short for pi meson, denoted with π) is any of three subatomic particles: π0, π+ , and π−. Pions are the lightest mesons and they play an important role in explaining the low-energy properties of the strong nuclear force.</p>
<p>Pions are bosons with zero spin, and they are composed of first-generation quarks. In the quark model, an &#8220;up quark&#8221; and an anti-&#8221;down quark&#8221; make up a π+, whereas a &#8220;down quark&#8221; and an anti-&#8221;up quark&#8221; make up the π−, and these are the antiparticles of one another. The uncharged pions are combinations of an &#8220;up quark&#8221; with an anti-&#8221;up quark&#8221; or a &#8220;down quark&#8221; with an anti-&#8221;down quark&#8221;, have identical quantum numbers, and hence they are only found in superpositions.</p>
<p>The lowest-energy superposition of these is the π0, which is its own antiparticle. Together, the pions form a triplet of isospin. Each pion has isospin (I = 1) and third-component isospin</p>
<p>equal to its charge (Iz = +1, 0 or −1).</p>
<p>Charged pion decays Feynman diagram of the dominating leptonic pion decay. The π± mesons have a mass of 139.6 MeV/c2 and a mean lifetime of 2.6×10−8s. They decay due to the weak interaction. The primary decay mode of a pion, with probability 0.999877, is a purely leptonic decay into a muon and a muon neutrino:</p>
<p>The second most common decay mode of a pion, with probability 0.000123, is also a leptonic decay into an electron and the corresponding electron neutrino. This mode was discovered at CERN in 1958:</p>
</p>
<p>The suppression of the electronic mode, with respect to the muonic one, is given approximately (to within radiative corrections) by the ratio of the half-widths of the pion–electron and the pion–muon decay reactions: </p>
<p> </p>
</p>
<p>Kaons and Pions were a &#8220;Myth&#8221; as many so blindly put it, nonexistent up until a 1 year ago,  when Hadron Collider Scientists reported to have found Kaons and Pions, while searching for the illusive GOD Particle, aka Higgs Boson. </p>
</p>
<p>Van der Waals Force (True Definition)<br />From Wikipedia</p>
<p>In physical chemistry, the van der Waals force (or van der Waals interaction), named after Dutch scientist Johannes Diderik van der Waals, is the sum of the attractive or repulsive forces between molecules (or between parts of the same molecule) other than those due to covalent bonds or to the electrostatic interaction of ions with one another or with neutral molecules.[1] The term includes:</p>
<p>• force between two permanent dipoles (Keesom force)<br />• force between a permanent dipole and a corresponding induced dipole (Debye force)<br />• force between two instantaneously induced dipoles (London dispersion force)</p>
<p>It is also sometimes used loosely as a synonym for the totality of intermolecular forces. Van der Waals forces are relatively weak compared to normal chemical bonds, but play a fundamental role in fields as diverse as supramolecular chemistry, structural biology, polymer science, nanotechnology, surface science, and condensed matter physics. Van der Waals forces define the chemical character of many organic compounds. They also define the solubility of organic substances in polar and non-polar media. In low molecular weight alcohols, the properties of the polar hydroxyl group dominate the weak intermolecular forces of van der Waals. In higher molecular weight alcohols, the properties of the nonpolar hydrocarbon chain(s) dominate and define the solubility. Van der Waals-London forces grow with the length of the nonpolar part of the substance.</p>
<p>NOTE: The science of molecules is called molecular chemistry or molecular physics, depending on the focus. Molecular chemistry deals with the laws governing the interaction between molecules that results in the formation and breakage of chemical bonds, while molecular physics deals with the laws governing their structure and properties. In practice, however, this distinction is vague. In molecular sciences, a molecule consists of a stable system (bound state) comprising two or more atoms. Polyatomic ions may sometimes be usefully thought of as electrically charged molecules. The term unstable molecule is used for very reactive species, i.e., short-lived assemblies (resonances) of electrons and nuclei, such as radicals, molecular ions, Rydberg molecules, transition states, van der Waals complexes, or systems of colliding atoms as in Bose-Einstein condensate.</p>
<p>Most molecules are far too small to be seen with the naked eye, but there are exceptions. DNA, a macromolecule, can reach macroscopic sizes, as can molecules of many polymers. The smallest molecule is the diatomic hydrogen (H2), with a length of 0.74 Å.[10] Molecules commonly used as building blocks for organic synthesis have a dimension of a few Å to several dozen Å. Single molecules cannot usually be observed by light (as noted above), but small molecules and even the outlines of individual atoms may be traced in some circumstances by use of an atomic force microscope. Some of the largest molecules are macromolecules or supermolecules.</p>
<p>In Short Van de Waals does nothing to prove that monatomic particles do not exist, if that were the only guideline to go buy, then nothing would exist and be a &#8220;Myth&#8221;, it is too short sighted. Because true scientists know that there are different types of mathematical formulas to determine different effects of particles and hidden particles which is why the Hadron Collider was built.</p>
<p>Zeta potential<br />From Wikipedia</p>
<p>Zeta potential is a scientific term for electrokinetic potential in colloidal systems. In the colloidal chemistry literature, it is usually denoted using the Greek letter zeta, hence ζ-potential. From a theoretical viewpoint, zeta potential is electric potential in the interfacial double layer (DL) at the location of the slipping plane versus a point in the bulk fluid away from the interface. In other words, zeta potential is the potential difference between the dispersion medium and the stationary layer of fluid attached to the dispersed particle.<br />A value of 25 mV (positive or negative) can be taken as the arbitrary value that separates low-charged surfaces from highly-charged surfaces.</p>
<p>The significance of zeta potential is that its value can be related to the stability of colloidal dispersions (e.g., a multivitamin syrup). The zeta potential indicates the degree of repulsion between adjacent, similarly charged particles (the vitamins) in a dispersion. For molecules and particles that are small enough, a high zeta potential will confer stability, i.e., the solution or dispersion will resist aggregation. When the potential is low, attraction exceeds repulsion and the dispersion will break and flocculate. So, colloids with high zeta potential (negative or positive) are electrically stabilized while colloids with low zeta potentials tend to coagulate or flocculate as outlined in the table.[1]</p>
<p>Zeta potential [mV] Stability behavior of the colloid <br />• from 0 to ±5, Rapid coagulation or flocculation <br />• from ±10 to ±30 Incipient instability <br />• from ±30 to ±40 Moderate stability <br />• from ±40 to ±60 Good stability <br />• more than ±61 Excellent stability</p>
<p>Zeta potential is widely used for quantification of the magnitude of the electrical charge at the double layer. However, zeta potential is not equal to the Stern potential or electric surface potential in the double layer.[2] Such assumptions of equality should be applied with caution. Nevertheless, zeta potential is often the only available path for characterization of double-layer properties. Zeta potential should not be confused with electrode potential or electrochemical potential (because electrochemical reactions are generally not involved in the development of zeta potential).</p>
<p>Zeta potential is not measurable directly but it can be calculated using theoretical models and an experimentally-determined electrophoretic mobility or dynamic electrophoretic mobility. Electrokinetic phenomena and electroacoustic phenomena are the usual sources of data for calculation of zeta potential.</p>
<p>Chemical Free Colloidal Silver and Gold Products:</p>
<p>Colloidal Silver Atoms 3000 PPM to 15000 PPM, aka Monatomic Silver is Natures answer they are Immune System Trace Mineral Supplements made with No Chemicals and have the Highest PPM value in the market.</p>
<p>Trace Mineral Monatomic Particle atoms, do not drop under extreme cold, or heat, you can freeze it and heat it but it will not drop to the bottom, because the atoms are attached to the water molecule there is no need for the use of chemicals.</p>
<p>There are chemical tests in which Salt can be added to the non chemical colloidal silver solution such as this one:</p>
<p>1) Take 500 ml of GoldenGevity http://www.gold2live.com/Colloidal-Silver-Atoms.html (Trace Gold 9,999 PPM in Distilled water) <br />2) Add 1 tablespoon of PURE Salt.<br />3) Boil down to about 20 ml, until is moist salt, do not over heat.<br />4) Add 500 ml Water and repeat step 3 This time boil down to about 200 ml<br />5) Add 500 ml of HCL and boil down to moist salt<br />6) Add 500 ml of pure distilled water and boil down to moist salt<br />7) Repeat 4 times until there is no HCL smell and no gold chloride color.<br />8) Upon the last boil down, there will be found pink or reddish precipitate mixed in with the salt which when fired in extreme heat produced gold beads which can then be sent to be tested for gold, or silver or any other specific noble metal.</p>
<p>Conclusion:</p>
<p>The atom sized silver particle can be considered to be more efficient, more potent, and most lethal to unwanted viruses and bacteria that try to invade the body from the inside out!</p>
<p>While other noble metals also excellent health attributes in their own right and should also be considered, it is the atomic size particles that will be best absorbed as a trace mineral which explains why they may be the most effective.</p>
<p>The iridium, rhodium and ruthenium atom sized particles, are extremely effective in dealing with free radicals that cause aging and may be the answer to a healthy and youthful appearance.</p>
<p>The next question is then how do we know that we have monatomic particles?</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>San Francisco architects IwamotoScott were commissioned by New York&#8217;s Downtown Alliance as part of a study to revamp the Greenwich South area just south of the World Trade Center site in New York. The lower Manhattan project site, which is 41 acres, has inspired the Edgar Street Tower&#8217;s proposal for a 1300&#8242; spiraling breathing skyscraper to be built just adjacent to the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel.</p>
<p>The giant &#8220;Green&#8221; breathing Edgar Street Tower&#8217;s skyscraper, which straddles a New York City Street, is only the beginning of a long-term vision for renewing both personal and business growth in the area. The intention with the Edgar Street Tower&#8217;s is to reinstate the east-west public way of Edgar Street; reconnecting Washington and Greenwich Streets. Space for this pass way would come from the unique twist design of the spiraling rising tower; pinching around mid-level to secure larger floor plates culminating to a beautiful rooftop sky lobby and civic space area.</p>
<p>The &#8220;Green&#8221; Edgar Street Tower&#8217;s design is to serve the local neighborhood by combining additional living space with business space; while attracting the public sector with spectacular visions and grand diversity; all beautifully blending with the area&#8217;s civic, cultural and commercial landmarks. The Edgar Street Tower&#8217;s design includes living areas, working and retail areas, art and performance areas and even includes a public library section.</p>
<p>The Eco-friendly New York Edgar Street Tower&#8217;s design incorporates cutting edge &#8220;Green&#8221; technology for sustainable and renewable energy efficiencies. It combines atriums of fresh natural plant oxygen integrated with highly advanced Eco-friendly bio-filtration systems; which provide the building&#8217;s occupants with an abundance of fresh clean air. The &#8220;Green&#8221; central atrium and its branching atriums are sustained through channeled daylight from above the tower using a highly advanced light transmitting fiber-optic array.</p>
<p>The &#8220;Green&#8221; atrium has bio-filtration terrariums located in the hollow spaces in the floors; which is essentially the fresh air delivery system. Within the Edgar Street Tower&#8217;s it is this advanced Eco-friendly bio-filtration system that is being called the &#8220;lungs&#8221; of this truly amazing breathing building system. At night; the necessary light flow continues the channeling process through Eco-friendly integrated solar charged batteries packs. Another sustainable &#8220;Green&#8221; strategy incorporated into the design of the Edgar Street Tower&#8217;sis a gradient-aperture structural skin; which increases building material efficiency while reducing heat gain.</p>
<p>The Eco-Friendly New York Edgar Street Tower&#8217;s design is an idea that could blend with the city surroundings; while incorporating the urban style of Manhattan. The prominent lower Manhattan location and the Eco-friendly tall spiraling tower&#8217;s design offer a striking and remarkable landmark beacon that would be clearly visible for everyone to enjoy as they are entering or leaving the city of New York.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>McGraw-Hill Companies started humbly over a century ago with the co-founders of the company specializing in journals dedicated to engineering and railroading.  James McGraw and John Hill each worked separately and wouldn&#8217;t merge until 1909.  The technology and the science of the time fascinated both men and the company would continue to grow.  </p>
<p>McGraw and Hill would lead their publishing company into the arenas of aviation, health and atomic energy over the course of the first half of the twentieth century.  In was in the 1950s that the company expanded into publishing educational materials.  They had dabbled in producing textbooks for engineering and science since their original merger, however now they would include many other subjects as well.  This would eventually lead to the name of McGraw-Hill being synonymous with educational books.</p>
<p>McGraw-Hill Companies would acquire Gregg, California Test Bureau and F.W. Dodge companies.  This would pave the way for publishing Gregg Shorthand, Standardized Testing for K-12 and foreign language materials for educators.  In 1989 Eastman Kodak, R.R. Donnelley and McGraw-Hill would combine forces to release Prism Custom Publishing.  This permitted teachers to custom design their own textbooks for their classrooms.        </p>
<p>In 2000 the company grew in their children&#8217;s educational field.  More companies merged that were highly thought of in this arena.  Students in kindergarten through high school have all had at least one series of books printed by McGraw-Hill.  Glencoe is a subsidiary of McGraw-Hill and is booming with their Journey Across Time Social Studies series for middle school and high school.  Many districts nationwide use this series, including the Nashville school system.</p>
<p>Journey Across Time uses the art of storytelling mixed with pure fact and stunning visuals.  After all, the book shares authorship with National Geographic.  History, geography, what is actually happening in the time period that is being studied all coalesce into one giant picture of understanding for the students.</p>
<p>For instance, from the offset you start with the first civilizations of man.  Journey Across Time covers the Paleolithic Era, Mesopotamia, Assyria&#8217;s military, the Chaldean Empire and King Nebuchadnezzar all in the first chapter.  From there the children are led through Ancient Egypt and the Ancient Israelites.  Together you will be able to see the thread twine in and out as the cultures and societies tell of their life here on earth.  Learn how the two met, how Moses is not only a Biblical figure but an historical one, as well.  See the Canaanites being fought off by the Israelites.</p>
<p>The lessons don&#8217;t stop there.  The unique way of teaching history in this series will intrigue even the parents in the household!  Learn how the Greeks and the Romans influenced each other and understand how these peoples came to populate most of the known world.  Understand how an entire empire can fall.  </p>
<p>You will be able to share insights into the early days of India, China and Japan.  See how religions such as Christianity, Islam, Muslim and Buddhism can help shape entire countries and empires.  Journey Across Time will bring you forward to the present day from day one.</p>
<p>McGraw-Hill and Glencoe continue as provider to the needs of educational institutions.  Resources include a location to find grants, develop, and message boards between teachers and parents.  Standards will be met and exceeded, supporting the No Child Left Behind legislation. </p>
